I say

While I think the animation could have beena bit more smother, I understand where you are coming from, animation is hard to do and getting everything to look good AND move is just... well its diffictult, but it would be more enjoyable to have some more sound effects or at least a small tune as backround music. But besides that the movie, while short was very nicely done for someone I haven't seen on here before, good luck to making more movies in the future.
